Overview

Make up tokens is a concept where the academy owner can use if a student needs to make up a class but you would like to keep that separate from their regular classes. Make up tokens are not for sale and you can put limits of usage on them like there must be X amount of students already in that class to sign up.

How to Setup

1. Head to your Manage Club Page (must be logged in and must have an academy)
2. Scroll down to your Drop-in Credits and click Create Credit
3. Here on the “Create Token” page there are new options, top right, that allows you to designate as a “Make up Token”

1. Token Information: Fill out token information like name, details and class minimum. The class minimum allows the academy owner to set how many students must be enrolled into the class for the make up token to be eligible for use.

Make up tokens are not sellable - only the academy owner can assign to students on their Token Analytics page.

1. Class Assignment: Assign which class(es) the token is available for.
2. Click Create

How Assign Tokens

1. On your Analytics page you can assign tokens through either the Quick Add Student feature or + Token feature on the student card.

Token Eligibility

1. Make up tokens will show in the token modal when students are enrolling into a class if they have the token and the token is applicable to the class
2. The token can only be used if the class minimum is met.
